WMS Parent-Teacher Conference SNACK ATTACK
October 25, 2018 from 3:00 – 4:30
Every year the WMS PTA hosts a SNACK ATTACK on the first day of fall Parent-Teacher conferences. Conferences start at 4:30 PM so this SNACK ATTACK is being coordinated to provide a snack/early dinner for 180 teachers and staff members so they will be well fueled as they meet with parents.
As in past years, we need your help/donations for this much appreciated gesture for the hardworking WMS Staff. Provided below is a link to sign up to donate to the menu and/or help with setup, staffing, and cleanup. Most quantities are by the dozen so feel free to sign up for multiple slots. The PTA will be providing sandwich platters, ice for the drinks, and decorations.
All contributions (marked for SNACK ATTACK and in disposable serving trays) need to be dropped off by 2:30 PM in the Staff Lounge the day of the event. Non-perishables may be dropped off the day before or earlier in the day on the 25th.
